Superman relinquishes his US citizenship...

The Man of Steel renounces his U.S. citizenship in Action Comics‘ record-breaking 900th issue.


“I intend to speak before the United Nations tomorrow and inform them that I am renouncing my U.S. citizenship. I am tired of having my actions construed as instruments of U.S. policy,”  is what superman says..  =P


I guess he also does't agree with America's foreign policy...= P

Scientists Discover "Super-Earth" ..!

Well folks scientists have discovered a bulkier and apparently more powerful twin to Earth and dubbed it Super-Earth ( May be its kryptonian =P ) The planet is 20 light years away and the first outside our solar system to be declared habitable...
Super Earth or Gliese 581d [discovered @ La Shila Observatory,Chile on 24th April 2007] is supposed to have rain falls and oceans, the planet orbits a red dwarf star Gliese 581 and is in the Goldilocks zone ... ( These names are getting amazingly fairytale like aren't they ?)
The planet is believed to be "tidally locked" which means its one side permannetly faces the sun, giving it a permanent day-side & night-side ...
But seriously i don't think it would do us much good unless we can procure the Millenium Falcon so that we can actually get there before a couple 1000 years... =P...

iPhone 5 or just a tweeked Version of iPhone 4 with an added "s"

The highly anticipated iphone 5 that was speculated to b released this june might not be hitting the markets after all.According to many industry analysts the upcoming version of iphone might just be a tweaked iPhone 4s an update of the current iPhone 4. As reported by Peter Misek,a research analyst with Jefferies & Co, it will incorporate some minor cosmetic changes an upgraded camera,A5 dual-core processor & HSPA+ support.
Misek futher noted that “industry checks indicate Apple will likely announce Sprint, T-Mobile, and China Mobile as new carriers.”
Further the 4G LTE technology that was supposed to be in the upcomming iphone 5 might also not be there because of some shortfalls on the part of Qualcomm, the supplier for the LTE chipset that Apple would have been using in the iPhone 5..
