ThunderCats pounce back on the scene with a New Darker Anime Series

Thunder cats - A series that most of us grew up with is back with a roar, although it is not the same as the one we used to watch. The new rebooted version has a darker and anime edge to it, the story line is changed too a little bit, rather than a large team of feline superheroes, the new "ThunderCats" focuses on a young Lion-O, who uses the powerful Sword of Omens to lead an army of cat warriors against evil sorcerer Mumm-Ra and his lizard soldiers.

Asteroid to barely miss Hitting Earth...

Asteroid dubbed "2011 MD" will pass by the Earth over the south Atlantic around 1 p.m. EDT today missing a direct hit by only 7500 miles. In the vastness of space of the inner the solar system, this is considered a really close call – less than about 3% of the distance between Earth and the moon ...
Fortunately, asteroid strikes, especially those large enough to have disastrous consequences to life on earth (as, for example, the 112 mile wide asteroid which presumably led to the dinosaur’s demise of 65 million years ago), are few and far between. But no doubt they would be discovered and tracked years before any possible impact with Earth. Scientists consider asteroids as potentially hazardous only if their size is larger than 490 feet in width. A 900 foot asteroid is expected to pass within 18,000 miles of earth in 2029. Fear not, because the odds of it actually hitting the Earth are greater than 250,000 to 1

Rachel Weisz & Daniel Craig tie the knot in a secret New York wedding ceremony

That Bond - James Bond we are talking about... apparently the character really got to Daniel Craig.. =P

Daniel Craig, 43, and Oscar-winning actress Rachel Weisz, 41, tied the knot Wednesday in an ultra-secret New York ceremony after a brief six-month romance, reports said Sunday quoting their publicists. Reports said only four guests were in attendance, two family friends acting as witnesses, Craig's teenage daughter and Weisz's young son.
The pair team up in the forthcoming "Dream House", playing a married couple who relocate to a quaint New England town only to discover that their idyllic new home has been the scene of horrific murders.

Selena Gomez's Mom Passes Justin Bieber

The 18-year-old "Monte Carlo" star stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Thursday, where she revealed that her Canadian Boy friend had done well when he first met her mother

Has your mom met Justin Bieber?" Jay asked Selena.
"Yes," the actress said with a smile.
"And how'd that go? OK? Did she like him?" Jay continued.
"He passed the test," Selena proudly told Jay.
